We’re back to day with the 3rd part to the eating/ nutrition series. Now please remember that I told you earlier that your eating and nutrition habits accounted for at least 50% of your fitness goals or results.
So that means that if you neglect eating properly you are SEVERELY limiting your gains in the gym!
BUT the good news is I also told you that I’d show you how to actually “eat more and still lose weight” because now you’ll be eating correctly and your body will actually use more of the food you give (that means increased metabolism). Since I know you’re down with this, lets move into the next video…
